Daily Diaries
"Daily Diaries" was a project I undertook for a year.
I love watching the water and the life around it as the seasons unfold.

Each time I was in my studio, either near the Assiniboine River or Lake Winnipeg, I painted what I saw and experienced around me.  The result was over 1,300 small paintings.
Below is a sample of the diaries...a few per month as the seasons pass.

I'm glad you are here, visiting my page.
There is a drop down menu to view the art.

I paint, most days, in my studios in the forest near the lake or the city by the river.
I love the relationships I see among all living things. Whether animals. trees, people, insects or surging water, all life is interdependent. The quietness in my studio, the making of my art, helps me express the sacred mystery, joy and whimsy I see daily in the  ordinary moments of life.
